Overview

Bone Halls ("the Game") is operated by QuackStudio. This policy explains what data the Game handles when you play at bonehalls.com. The Game is playable in your browser and does not require an account.

Information We Handle

No sign-up is required to play. The Game stores your progress (soul crystals, masks, talents, settings) locally in your browser. We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics and crash/error diagnostics (for example device type, browser, performance and stack traces) to keep the Game stable. We do not collect your name, email, or precise location.

How We Use It

Diagnostics and analytics are used solely to fix bugs, measure performance, and improve gameplay. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiles.

Third-Party Services

The site is hosted on Vercel and may use an error-monitoring service (e.g. Sentry) and font delivery (Google Fonts). These providers process technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site, under their own privacy terms.

Data Storage & Retention

Local progress stays on your device until you clear your browser storage. Aggregated diagnostics are retained only as long as needed to operate and improve the Game.

Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your Choices

You can clear local game data at any time via your browser settings. For any privacy request, contact us below.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Game evolves (including future app-store or payment features). Material changes will be reflected on this page.
